Come all ye faithful (loyal demons)

Ruina whistled to herself as she waited. She'd sent out the call for those demons not currently possessing a human body to meet with her. After all, with the war between Satan and Lucifer coming up this was a very important time. It wouldn't do for any of her demons to...get any ideas.

It was true that there had been something of an agreement between her and Lucifer eons ago about this war. Chances were that she'd side with him, if she took part at all, but where was the fun in letting him know that? No, she was going to make him sweat it. It was time he was reminded that he needed her. So, roughly translated this meeting was just to make sure no one was taking jobs from Lucifer without her seal of approval.

She sat down, the deep red dress barely covering the curve of her ass and showing a long line of the legs wrapped in black hose. Her demons wouldn't be much later.

[Satan]

One of Ruina’s Demons would enter but that wasn’t the only thing that entered for behind him was Satan carrying the human body of Lilith. Oh she was very much alive but he had done something to keep her from being able to fight him. Dropping her onto the demon who he had eagerly taken from the town as his lead. The leash that had been latched to the little demon’s neck was still very visible.

“Ruina… my beautiful King I have heard a very troubling word… I created you and you side with the fallen pipsqueak… Tell me it isn’t so... Or tell me it is by your words I shall know the truth... Do not make me read it from your little lackey here.”

His grin was deep as he pulled on the leash one would normally have on a dog. Pulling him from under the body of the once demon. He was strangling the thing very much like a man being hanged. “I would hate to demote anyone though I am sure other demons would leap at the chance to do so themselves. I know of one in particular.”

[Ruina]

Ruina turned as Satan entered HER Domain, leading one of HER demons by a leash. God of Chaos or not, the demons were hers and he could shove that he created them shit right back up his bright red ass. The demons were hers, no matter who created them, she wasn't about to bow down.

She let a grin light her features as she stalked towards Satan, circling him while he talked. "You created me, so you should know better than most that I'm a might unpredictable my darling Satan." She purred when he'd finished. "And if I didn't know better, I'd say you were worried. You know, half of hell against you could be troublesome odds." Her tone was still teasing and heavy with dark intentions. "I've had one conversation with our friend the morning star on the topic, that much is true."

Ruina laughed, shaking her head when he mentioned demoting her. "You can't push me out of the way with threats, you know that. You can't scare me, Satan. Besides, you like me to much to get rid of me." A lustful wink here.

"Now what do you say you let MY demon go and you and me can talk like big kids?"

[Satan]

“Ah but Ruina that is what I love about you; Your unpredictability. You should know that I do not worry without cause... My brother can destroy what he created just as I can. I wouldn’t want to do that. And what is life without Chaos. You have known my Chaos.” The Leash disappeared allowing the little demon to fall into his open and waiting palm. “I have had all of heaven against me already I think I came out of that quite well. Slept for a while but I am not awake to cause that kind of Chaos just yet.”

He patted the little demon as if saying his apologies to the small creature before letting it run free from his hand. “They are MY demons; Just as you are MY Ruina, my King, I do not force you nor ask you to bow to any of my other creations. I have not demanded that you do so in the past I am not about to do so now. You are confusing me with Lucifer’s stories of me. Oh I have heard them while I slept. You seem to have forgotten...”

Trailing off with his words he pulled from his tattered clothing a small box made of black onyx and gold slowly the Box was opened for her. “I bring you the heart of a hypocrite, a man of the church.” The Box kept the man’s heart beating his life still his till the heart was devoured or destroyed. “You once liked my gifts in the past Ruina. Have I slept for so long that you seek to push me from your presence just as the humans push god from theirs? Remember who it was that I left in charge, whom I named King and whom I named Prince...”

[Ruina]

She'd forgotten how well his words fitted together. They whispered like silk and were impossible to argue with. Life was nothing without Chaos, she'd been there since the beginning, since before Satan slept. It hadn't been the nightmare Lucifer had described, except she'd nearly gone out of her mind with boredom during the flood. She wasn't going to let them wipe her playthings off the planet again.

"Just yet? Then what exactly are you planning?" She chimed, not bothering to hide her interest in this particular topic. Satan would have picked up on it anyway. She watched HER demon scamper down off his palm with satisfaction before turning her attention back to the god of chaos standing in her domain.

"I belong to no one." Creator or no, she paid worship to no one. The demons were hers, she was king and she would not bow. She had not held her place this long to have Satan wake up and demean her. She would lead the demons loyal to her into battle against whatever side SHE choose and no one would stop it from being HER choice. She'd rather be destroyed than submit to anyone else's will.

Silence hung between them for a moment and then she watched as Satan pulled a black and gold box from what clothing he wore. She could hear the beating of the heart before he explained his gift. The heart of a hypocrite, delectable. He always had brought the best gifts. When was the last time Lucifer had brought her something? She couldn't remember. Satan truly did understand demons better.

She grinned, her eyes lighting with evil intentions as she stared at the still beating contents of the box. Ruina stepped closer and ran a finger down the heart's slick surface, the grin widening. The sin rolling off it was practically a solid thing. "Of course I don't want you gone. You've got it all wrong! Without you my life would be so very dull indeed. I'm looking forward to this war more than a human child looks forward to Christmas morning. All the chaos and destruction..." She trailed off wistfully. "Only thing wrong with it is that there can only be one."

Ruina tossed him a wink when he mentioned that he'd left her in charge over Lucifer. "You always were the smart one." Of course she'd been the obvious choice, that little lost fallen would never have been able to run things by himself. He certainly wouldn't have gained control over the demons.

[Satan]

“Oh I plan on letting the humans remember that they are but grains of sand in an hourglass. After I watch Lamashtu rip Lilith to shreds of course, I’ll throw her soul back to the hounds unless you would like to torture the once Demoness. I am sure you can get her soul to scream.” Her moved his hand to touch Ruina’s shoulder and then stopped himself. “I would have ravaged you upon my return but... I do smell Luciboy. Take you to Chaos… the way a Demon would like. Have you ever traveled to the ninth level of hell?”

He sighed... “Luciboy wasn’t there luckily for him. And while I may seem like the keeper I did create this in which we live… at least you aren’t on fluffy clouds. Playing harps and acting as though you have something shoved so far up your ass… I am sorry I forgot where I was going with that. Been sleeping too long my thoughts seem to be running away from me.” Now did he allow the back of his fingers to touch her skin.

“My Daughter is going to need help to regain her strength. Lucifer should count himself lucky it is only Lamashtu’s thoughts that kept me from tearing into his wings. While I am joyous that the Angel saw fit to curse her with Human emotions I am annoyed at the same time. My infatuation lays with the most beautiful of my creations. You Ruina you are one of my first and you have always had my eye. You always knew how I wanted things. But why this…” He lifted his hands.

“You don’t have your tortured souls… you should always keep one or two... for amusement just like times of old.” Just then he clapped his hands and in came two demons with a man in the nude. “Dance for us and if you please my lady you... may survive if you don’t well... we can call in the hell hounds.”

At once the man began dancing and there in Satan’s hand form a whip that he offered to Ruina. “He is due for eight hundred of these, and when you have finished with the heart I shall take you to my realm the ninth level of hell.”

[Ruina]

Something about the way he worded his plans stopped her. The way he said it made it sound wonderful but still..."You mean to remind them that you exist?" A soft, almost playful pout covered the demoness' features. "But that would make it so much more difficult for us demons to possess human bodies. If they knew you existed, well naturally they'd assume we'd exist..they'd take precautions..."

The pout faded and the dark grin returned. The grin was both seductive and eerie, it was pure evil and there lay it's appeal. The thought of getting her hands on Lilith's soul was, to say the least, more than a little pleasant. "Her screams will echo through all of hell, you can count on that. Sweet lullaby's to give us all pleasant dreams." She watched his hand as it raised to touch her shoulder and then stopped. A smirk crossed her face as he mentioned that he smelled Lucifer on her. "Don't tell me your jealous? You didn't expect me to wait did you? That's awful sentimental, especially for you Satan. And you know I've never been down to the ninth level."

She sneered as he described the clouds, harps and prissy angels of heaven. She never would understand the appeal in that, hellfire and screams were much more lively. Besides, if heaven was so great, then why did so many of it's angels fall? You never heard a demon complain! The backs of his fingers touched the skin of her shoulder and it brought back memories. She'd often said that his looks were a bit much for even her exotic tastes and maybe that was true, but that didn't mean that it had stopped her in the past.

"And you want my help for Lamashtu?" She wasn't sure she liked the idea. If she agreed it was giving Satan to much power over her. She worshiped no one and she wasn't about to start now. Not to mention, what if the girl should get ideas about unseating her tutor? She was disgusted that the angel had already given Lamashtu human emotions. What else could the girl want?

She watched the man being drug into the room. She was tempted to order him taken out just to show Satan that she wasn't submitting. She had never done so in the past, she couldn't imagine why he'd expect it from her now. She opened her mouth but before she could say a word, Satan continued and ordered the man to dance. The time to rebel had passed, now she would enjoy the show.

Ruina watched as the man danced as if his life depended on it, which it did, in a way. The man bobbed, swayed and moved. He was a rather good dancer and over all the performance was turning out to be rather pleasant. A whip appeared in Satan's hand and the grin appeared across her face once more as she took it from him to deliver the lashes. She trailed the whip gently along his torso before cracking it back and then forward, sinking it into the man's flesh. She laid a kiss over the wound and then split the man's back again...and again...and again. By the time she was done, the man lay in a bloodied heap on the floor of her domain and she stood smiling down at him. She bent and ran a hand over his back and felt him shiver under her touch. "That was nice." She whispered and then laughed.

"I don't know about you but I've worked up an appetite." She laughed again at her own joke and then retrieved the heart from where she'd left it. The man tried to life himself from the floor and failed, falling back down and crying out. He began to drag himself towards the door, slowly. Ruina sat, devouring the heart and watching the man's struggles with obvious glee.

[Satan]

“Why Would I want to remind them that I exist, All we need to do is cause just a little bit of Chaos and then they do the rest for us. And of course once they… are desperate then you can have all the fun you want in the world. Toss a cooked chicken into a hoard of fifty and watch them fight tooth and nail to get a bite.” He smirked. “My brother’s slogan is he is a jealous god. I am not I just thought you would better spend your time and not be his... I am not too sure what you are to him dear.”

He would smirk as he continued. “Lamashtu is my blood, I only want her strong again, for that she will need your protection. I want to leave her here in your domain where she will be safer. She will be in your charge. She is old and only thinks about reaping evil souls. You don’t need to be worried. She may be a crowned Demon but she is always and forever a child.”

The feel of the whip across his chest had him grinning to her. He watched the lashes with interest. His torso sprayed with blood; yet he was enthralled by her. He pressed his hands to Ruina’s shoulders just after she acted upon the lashes; his claws curling around her shoulders not causing any pain but it would show his desire for her. If anything to be pleased. “I brought him as your gift Ruina, I am not trying to trick you into submission. I may be a god and if I had the power I would have made you my Goddess. And if I truly believed in Lucifer’s word I would have asked you to slumber with me in the ninth level of hell.”

Ruina pleased him greatly and all she needed to do was stand in one solitary spot. He would sit and watch her for hours on end, marveling at the perfection that was her. “I am pleased my gifts still delight you.”

[Ruina]

The image of fifty humans fighting over a scrap of food was as beautiful as it got. The only thing more fun than tearing them apart was watching them tear each other apart. A world of desperate mortal souls, all calling out for help and most turning to sin because they didn't get it the way they wanted. The seven deadly sins, or as she liked to call them, laws, would run rampant. The idea brought a smile to her face. "I'm nothing to him." They'd had sex but that didn't make them lovers. They had an alliance of sorts, but that didn't make them comrades. Nothing, they were nothing.

Allowing Lamashtu to stay in her domain would piss Lucifer off, she knew that much. He'd assume that she'd sided with Satan and throw a fit. The truth was she still didn't know which side the demons would march against. Satan understood demons far better and in truth she liked him more but then if she threw her support in with him then the war would be over far to quickly for her liking. It would be a bloodbath rather than a battle, and where was the fun in that? "She can stay though she lives by the same rules as any other high demon while here."

She felt his claws on the skin of her shoulder. As if he could trick her into submission, he may be a god but she was far from stupid! She discarded the part about making her his goddess since he'd said it wasn't possible. It was good to know, but not useful. The part about asking her to slumber with him was also interesting but irrelevant now. Not that sleeping for eons sounded very appealing, going that long without feeling human emotions would have been awful.

"You've always brought me the best presents. You should have taught Lucifer a thing or two before you slept." She laughed a little here. A short sound that held a hint of a purr. She licked blood from her fingers that was the last traces of the heart he'd brought for her.

[Satan]

“Lamashtu is asleep and will not likely wake, the ordeal that has passed is not one many could survive and she is just barely there. Unlike you my beautiful Ruina Lamashtu loves Lucifer. Not like Lilith who claims to do so. Only when Lamashtu wakes is Lilith to be brought to her to feed. And only when she is finished is Lilith yours to do with as you please. That is my one request of you...” It was a request to the demon king. Although Satan was not soft but he would show to the other that he did hold her in higher regard than some common creature of his making.

“I do not care what you do with her damned soul, rip it to shreds and feast from it if it pleases you.” He then laughed. “As for me teaching Lucifer, he is not of our kin, he is not of my making and he is not of yours, he is a fallen whom fled from the heavens because he didn’t like the rules. He was proud too proud. And he liked the one rule that still stands Ruina, I am a god, I do not ask for much but when I do. I expect those in my domain all nine levels to... do as I say.”

With a smirk he would then turn his lips to her shoulder as he lowered his body to place a kiss there. “I have not practiced this rule before and I don’t expect to be doing so in the near future. I do like my games of Chaos and I will cause them. And you… my oh so powerful Ruina. You will lead the demons to that Chaos… cause it, watch it grow in the humans as they choose their sins. Just as they had in Rome. Remember I asked you to make the city fall… to make it burn?”
