Well, as for the abortion thing, think: a stubborn mother who refuses to believe her child is the seed of evil, and has the maternal instinct to protect her child no matter what? I don't think it's as simple as saying "You're child os teh heart of darkness." "Alright I'll kill that little s**t."  As for the idea of a mini apocalypse, me likey. Or, maybe the Vatican proposes some kind of Supernatural Crusade, leading to holy war? |

I like the idea of a mini apocalypse.
I did have an idea, thinking about a sub-plot that involves all species, though I know I'm pretty new here and haven't posted too much.
I'm thinking what if the Apocalypse is bypassed by a greater evil? As in, God's creation is basically the Earth, maybe the Solar System, and part of his plan is to bring about the Apocalypse as a way of destroying what doesn't work and keeping/building upon what does. BUT what if there was something out there that interrupted ALL of that, that invades God's creation from a place OUTSIDE his creation. The Unknown. Perhaps a Great Void, or Entropy that indiscriminately consumes everything and in turn leaves all in a void of nothingness, not at all like God's Apocalypse where the sinners and demons and such are destroyed and the faithful/pure/etc. are saved. This would in turn involve ALL species, not just those in Hell and Heaven, since preventing this Entropy entity from infiltrating this plane would require a sheer amount of effort on ALL their parts.
Or maybe I'm just complicating things... >_<
