Current plots

I have an idea for a plot, and was wondering how you guys would feel with me throwing a huge plot onto the site for everyone to get involved with? basically is going to be about the second coming of the son of god and the fact it will tilt the scales .....and lucifer in turn decides to go out and bring about the antichrist..a twist will be that the Fifth decide that everything must remain balanced other wise there will be chaos, so go out to make sure the demons dont kill the second coming and the angels dont kill the anti christ...what do you think? ideas? plots? help??

Well, I think that seems great, but might be a bite hard to form into actual threads, that aren't like:

Demon vs Angel.

I understand that they're the main part of the plot, but maybe you could explain a bit more on how the others are involved. I'm not saying just the Fey, but the others in general. Do they just have to somehow jump in, and hope it doesn't seem too coincidental?

Also, I'm not very knowledgeable about Christianity, so maybe you could explain why Jesus {I'm guessing that's who you mean by the Son of God} would come back?

Not specifically jesus...am still working out ideas, thats why i threw the ideas in OOc..basically would want something that would threaten to tilt the balance...and the older species, those that predate christianity would want to keep the balance...

Or am thinking the arch angels decide due to all the sin in the world it is time for the apocolypse and come down to destroy 1/4 of everything.....which would make all species kinda go "wait...we like the planet as it is thanks."

The whole point of this thread is to find a common plot, that would not means EVERY ONe posts together in the same threads but are all connected no matter how small...like the butterfly effect one character does one thing that in turn gives a chain reaction to another and another

am basically thinking now we have some established members we should get some sub plots or main plots going

I see. God had other sons? {Not counting the whole "We're all Siblings!" thing}.

Also, I understand that the threads aren't going to be one GIANT thread. That'd be a bit awkward. I guess that the people could search the threads for a change that might affect their characters, and then play off that, but that might cause problems once the plot is going a bit. People might find looking through old threads a bit of a waist, and if they're not completely near the activity, they might not like joining in with whats going on currently, if the action picks up.

I think I'm on a different page then you, sorry. :S I'm probably missing something easy. And what would you be meaning by bringing about an anti-christ? Surely he/she isn't just sitting around in the middle of London? Would someone BECOME the anti-christ through, I don't know, an intense hatred for something? I'm not sure what I think, I guess.

Well from my experience on my other site, i find a sub plot that works its way through all the different species works pretty well, and i would encourage members to start their own plots etc. The Anti christ would be brought about by Lucifer impreganting a woman...though i am tempted to keep Lucifer just as the first fallen angel and have made no claims that he is satan...am thinking maybe the demons bring forth their leader...the first evil and he in turn sets about having a son....

Well, realistically wouldn't it be quite a time, I guess you could use a flashback, until the child is grown? Also, I thought this was supposed to be a Main Plot, not a sub-plot.

Like i said, its all just works in progress and general brain storming. Think Terminator when they sent the terminator to kill Sarah conner before john conner was born, would be interesting maybe to have the woman impregnated with the seed of evil seek sanctuary with in the fifth, and in turn you get people out to kill her and in turn the vatican actually want her dead...of course then brings about the question, can the child, once born be raised to turn against the evil?

Well, I've never seen the Terminator, and I know its a work in progress. I'm just curious on the details. Also, couldn't she just get an abortion?

Not if the so called "evil" that impregnated her held some power leaving the child unable to be harmed....or perhaps she doesnt know but the vatican has a clue as to her wear-abouts and sends people out to kill her...which would bring about the questions of "isnt all life sacred"

Hahah. I find this kinda fun.

Just until the child is born? Because if it was forever, the balancing act would get tired, with an unharmable character. Also, if she didn't know, why would she have seeked sanctuary with the Fifth? Also, if she therefore didn't go to the Fifth, she would most likely be killed by this Vatican? Speaking of which, I need to read about them again.
