Her style of dress is closer to that which she wore when she was young, but she chooses to keep the style, it is familiar and comfortable for her. Personality:
As one of the Counsel, Morgan is one of the good guys. She is very intelligent, and many seek her out for wisdom and information. She shares her half brother Arthur's morals and love of the mortal race. Morgan also keeps a bearing on the natural aspects of things. She remains neutral which is why she is able to offer advice so freely. Her opinions are thought to be very valuable for those who seek her out. She if friendly, though she doesn't exactly feel things that a mortal would feel, as she's seen things in her 950 years of life that would jade anyone.
History:
Morgan Le Fey is the half sister of King Arthur. She was born in the 12th century though even she is unsure of the date. She is a very powerful sorceress and many people believe she is part fey, she will not give a ya or nay on that because she likes to keep up the facade. Much of her history is hidden, because she doesn't want anyone to know to much about her, however what is known mostly revolves around her life at court with Arthur.
She was trained by the famous Merlin, who tutored her half brother as well. Many stories tell of her not liking her brother, but Arthur and Morgan were very close, and they held the same values. She has seen many wars, and doesn't understand why the mortals fight so much. The most memorable wars for her though are the ones during her brothers reign as king.
Powers/Training/Experience/weaknesses
Morgan is a powerful sorceress, and that is where most of her power lies.
Though through her long life she's gained knowledge in most things, which is why she is such a fountain of information for others. It is why she is so valued on the council.
Her training was done by Merlin, who is one of the most famous magicians to date.
Her weakness is Humanity and caring for the mortals as she does.

Morgan sat in her chair, it was more like a throne to most, but to her it was but a chair. She watched as person after person came to ask her things. Finally one of the people caught her attention, she didn't catch a name but the question seemed interesting "What is the meaning of life?" Morgan let a smirk cross her lips. "Why my dear fellow the meaning of life, is to but live and let live. Do not hold a grudge against your neighbor for having a better yard than you, because for all you know you have the better family, or house" Most people didn't ask her that question anymore, it seemed to commercial to them. It was Morgan's favorite, because it was easiest for her to answer after so many years.
