Mya smiled, as she took a deep breathe. Fresh blood pounding the in the bodies of humans. Sweet and bitter the wine tasted of life. The streets were full of mindless everyday people walking around.
She wanted to go out tonight, almost like needed to. The night was still young in her standards and she hasn't fed yet. Since she has arrived the Opera House has been calling to her. Honestly, she didn't understand why.
Her cool hands pushed open the double doors and made her way in. The music of the three floors blended together perfectly, almost making a haunting sound of something otherworldly.
The vampire's hips swayed to the music as her black boots chanked to the beat. Her red corset hugged her figure as well as her leather pants. A black ankh rested inbetween her breasts.
Mya sighed softly then smiled. Time for fun. The energy of the old place played with her spirit as she made her way up the stairs swiftly, quickly passing the talkative humans on the way.
Finally she reached her destination and started to dance, letting it take over her body. Her brown eyes closed as she became lost in the zone.

Aharah was just a little put out. Really, when he came to a club called the Opera House, he was expecting... well, opera. Not that he couldn't appreciate other kinds of music, but this was just false advertising. Ah well, he could still enjoy himself, even if he couldn't hear himself think over the music sometimes.
His wanderings around the dance floor eventually led him to the young lady. Attractive, as far as human women went, absorbed in what she was doing. Definitely seemed to be enjoying herself. And yet... there was something about her. A certain je ne sais quoi that sent a strange warning signal and at the same time intrigued him. If he paid any attention at all to his feelings about people, he probably would not have taken a few more steps towards the stranger. Or maybe he would have; Aharah was known for being curious to the point of folly.
His dance moves were dated by a few years. He performed an intricate one-man waltz in time with the music, making himself noticed and waiting to be so.

Mya opened her eyes a she felt the presence of someone near. With all the people around her, bodies moving against her didn't bother This person was not only dancing, but watching her. Just there was something about him.
Not saying a word, her brown eyes looked over him then she moved against him. Her body stayed to the beat as she brung herself closer to him. A smile curled up on her lips as she spun herself in a circle and landed her eyes back on him.
Something about this person didn't sit right with the vampire. Just very odd and erie so to speak, but in a good way. Mya jogged her mind as she continued to dance and figuring out his movements.

Aharah smiled genially as they began to meet on the dance floor. He began to modify his steps a little bit, throwing in a few moves he learned from the dance floors of Barcelona oh, what was it? Forty, fifty years ago? It was amazing just how much he picked up on. Of course, he didn't dance nearly as well as he sang, but to satisfy his curiosity it would likely do.
He cut an intricate form reminiscent of the footwork of a Spanish swordsman, took a step forward, spun, and wound up behind the woman who had captured his attention. "I feel as though I should recognize you." He said, only just loud enough to be heard. "Do you sing? You strike me as one who does."

The music was getting louder, with mix soprano voice. The echo bounced off the walls and plunged down from the top of the opera house. Low, steady growl ripped away at the soft voice. The beat quicked and so did her dance. Being very light on her feet, the vampire turned and arched her back with the movement of her hips. It all resulted in a very seductive call.
Her eyes stayed on him as her face remained expressionless. Softly, she let out a hissed as the gentleman appeared behind her.
"Maybe you do, but not from singing. Try again," the vampire replied in a sweet and yet sassy tone. So he thought he knew her? Hmm, funny. She was sure to make this a guessing game.

Aharah was beginning to enjoy the game they seemed to have just created. Humans would probably call this "flirting", and indeed it was cute to watch her sensous movements and pretend for a brief moment that it was having an effect on him. He faltered for only half a step as the song picked up speed, but was soon adding even more to his chimera style of dancing. Wouldn't it be fun, he thought, to throw in some Havana nights into the mix. Ah, ever since that movie in the... sixties?...seventies?... everybody wanted to be a dirty dancer. Good thing he took those classes, huh?
He closed the distance between them and made an effort to keep up with her swinging hips. "Hmm..." He made a thoughtful face. "Well, if you sang half as well as you danced, I'd be suprised to hear you don't sing. You're obviously one of those party people. Cavorting around in the dead of night with many interesting young gentlemen and ladies. Am I wrong?"

" Keep guessing. Not a singer at all. If your trying to flatter me, it didn't work. Maybe I should show you what real talent is. Dance is what keeps things alive," Mya purred out between her teeth.
In on quick move, she pressed her body against his on one loud thump then smiled innocently. The vampire moved against him, bring her lips towards his neck. She slightly rested her hand on his back.
"This is what you call dancing," she whispered.
Just as quickly as she was against his body, she broke away and started to dance off. Mya turned away from him, moving deeper into the moving crowd of bodies. Still something didn't sit right. He wasn't human, she knew that. Angel kept popping up in her head, but wasn't for sure. She has heard about them, however never encountered one.
A wave of energy went through her body and she was on the move again.

Ah, but the strange human was being coy, was she? He fanned at his face with an air of theatricity and flushed appropriately at the contact (As far as he could register contact; really just the fact that his body was pushed was the only cue he had to go on). He was having such fun at the moment, he all but forgot what attracted her to him in the first place.
He went off into eager pursuit with his bizarre mixture of footwork, weaving in and out of dancers and trying to keep his target in sight. "Well then," He said when he finally managed to catch up, "Those who enjoy dancing as much as you do aren't nessecarily professionals. I don't suppose that's what you do, is it?"

Softly Mya growled as she looked over her shoulder at him. Was he trying to be funny? Did he want to fight fire with fire? She bit down on her softly flushed lips almost to the point of drawing blood, then licked them.
The vampire rolled her head around, then snapped her head back at the playful gentleman. Pieces of hair fell into her face, giving her more of a dangerous look. She continued to move, letting the stranger catch up to her.
With the upmost grace, she did an attitude turn to the heavenly industrial music. Her shirt turned sharply with the her movements. The vampire's brown eyes seemed to glow with darkness as she looked at him.
"No I'm not. I did dance in the past. A long time ago."
Mya let out a smirk then chucked innocently. With a flash of any eye, she was behind him. She placed her hand gently on his shoulder. "Care for a show?."
She moved away and continued to dance.

Aha! So that's what his feelings were telling him was something important after all. Something unholy in his presence, how very interesting! And it seemed as though he hit a sensitive nerve. Oh, this was probably a bad thing for him to be doing, associating with the darker element of mankind, but Aharah was too wrapped up in the game to very much care.
Extending a little bit of power, he used subtle messages to ensure no one was looking directly at him, and then with just a little more power he was directly at the girl's side.
"What kind of show were you thinking of, my lovely lady?" He said, as neutrally as someone asking for the time. "I must say, I've been having enough fun as it is."
