(I was unsure on the specifics for the Fairy-Folk, but I tried to work with the information given on sprites. I was unsure of things such as government, however.)
Character Name: Blau Sehnsucht Abgrund IV
Species: Fairy Folk— Air Sprite.
Age; Gender: Appears to be late teens, but actually 93; Male.
Description: Blau is small, no irony intended. Even for a sprite, Blau is quite tiny. Being about two-thrids of the size of normal sprites, he's easily overlooked as a ray of light, as many Air Sprites are. Also, like all Air Sprites, Blau is able to change his size to a more 'human' form. In this form, his details are much more easily seen. Blau has black hair, thats generally kept short. His crystalline appearrance is a bit less blue than others, but is not clear. It could be comparable to being pale. This Sprite has spiky white-like hair and black tattoos of abstract swirls upon his arms and chest while in his humanoid form. Blau's wings are This sprite has no blemishes or other complexion problems, excluding light freckles on his cheeks. Unless he's in his humane form, Blau usually wears billowing white, silk shorts, that shine when the sun hits them, furthering his ability to blend in as a sunray. Blau Sehnsucht Abgrund doesn't tend to wear a shirt when he's not in his more humane form. Occasionally, he may wear more formal wear, such as a loose, silk pair of pants and a shirt endowed with gems and jewels of illustrious saphires and opals. His iris's are a blue, matching his skin colour, and in his opinion, look wonderful against the white of his eyes. Most usually, he wears a face of general acceptance and kindness, though it is occasionally not returned.
Personality: Blau is normally very kind. However, he has a bit of an OCD problem, and therefore doesn't care for the humans very much at all. He's horrified at how they're treated the air, filling it full of pollutants. The sprite is even concerned about other environmental disasters caused by the humans such as water and earthly pollutions. He does, however, try to see past what they're doing to the environment, and be as accepting as possible. Still, Blau isn't only fun and kindness. He can have quite the temper if pushed far enough. It may be quite hard to make Blau crack, but if you do, you might want to watch out. He's not a fan of direct fighting, but can be quite clever and mischievous whenever needed.
History: Blau Sehnsucht Abgrund IV isn't as strange as a name as one might think. While his parents aren't actual direct royalty, they are of high social status. Having living a pampered life was nothing horrible for Blau. Afterall, since he wasn't anyone especially important, he wasn't guarded all the time, and he was still usually able to get anything he wished for the most part. Yet, his parents did have a stern rule on leaving The Otherworld. In short, the only restriction he had was to not leave their world. What he didn't know, though always wondered, was how his parents seemed to get their money. In all truth, they were part of a less-than-honourable ring of blackmail and bribary, and came out on the luckier side.
Blau was a bit discraced when he discovered this, while his parents didn't find any harm in their actions, and soon left Tír na nÓg. For a long time, Blau was a nomad, trying to find places to set up a residency. Finally, Blau settled into the less-trashy section of London, finding it displeased his OCD-like standards far less than some of the other countries he'd tried nearby. France, by far, was one of the worst places he'd been do. Despite it's beauty, he was repulsed by its state of being. After finding London as a nice place for a new start, Blau began to use his human-esque form more often. He was able to keep a job at a local library, which was increasingly easy. Whoever would think that one would get paid just to do a ridiculously easy job like sorting books?
With the money he earned from the job he kept, he was able to rent a very small apartment. Blau has set up a faux-identity as a pagan teen that'd just having graduated. Not accustomed to the human world as one might be, Blau seems a bit far off, or strange in some of his theories. He was planning to go to college, which he soon was educated on, but gave up the idea when he found out it costed quite a bit of money. The excess of his paychecks from the library go towards his goal of attending college, though truly, Blau is rather ignorant in what it is for the most part. He does know, however, that it would greatly increase his ability to blend in with the rest of society, and learn more about humans in general. In the future, he hoped to keep his status as a Sprite hidden.
Powers/Training/Experience/Weaknesses: Flight, Form-Shifting, Able to pass as human. Those normal Sprite powers that you gave them. | Blau has had very little training in these abilities, as they are rather simplistic and basic | Experience, however, Blau has had plenty of. He's been flying and shifting all his life, and is becoming more experienced with blending in with human society every day | Blau's weakness is his trait of being quick to trust. Also, Blau is not as physically able as others, due to his height.
Family/Ties: Noone spectacular as far as he knows. Mother, Father. That all the family and ties he has.

Wind howled, and a distressed sprite fought against it with some trouble. Short white hair blew back underneathe a blue hood, and as the howl let out an especially dreadful screech, the male turned down an alley. The two buildings on either side of him helped keep out some of the cold. It was surprising, the chilly weather already coming. He was thankful he'd juse been to the store. The wind had picked up tricefold since then, and picking up some extra clothing, such as the zip-up hoodie he was wearing, was definitely helping himself keep warm. He rubbed his arms together, the black marks on his skin were covered by the sleeves of the hoodie. Blau hurried through the alley. He was not a fan of allies. They seemed to give him gut feelings of bad incidents. However much he might have thought so, he was not an empath. Perhaps it was just a subconscious feeling placed into the hearts of beings that alleyways weren't the safest of places. For some reason, Blau believe that it was more of the fact that a beserk-looking homeless man was sitting next to the wall, badly faking sleep. Before any trouble could have been started, the Sprite quickly left.
A glance back, and Blau was able to let out the breath that he'd been holding in through his journey into the alley. He mad ea mental reminder to go against the wind next time, and not down a sheltering alley. There was probably someone else seeking shelter in it. The sky was a dismal cornflower blue colour. Grey wispy clouds hung in the air like a very high fog, holding their own against the sun. The street Blau was now walking down was nearly abandoned. A car there, and a truck here. The site was very melancholy, and Blau was sure that it would have been a great inspiration for flute or clarinet music. Low, airy tunes that would fill the night, and chill the hearts of the listeners, who unknowingly stopped their previous actions to consentrate more upon the undulating sounds. Though he was alone, Blau felt watched. Maybe it was just paranoia. He was paranoid, a greater deal of the time. A nasty gust sent the trees on either side of the street, in the yards of houses, and in a cemetary in the distant shivering and creaking.
Blau's hands were getting numb. He was sure that if he were in his Sprite height, that he'd been blown into the air, wings useless. He tried to throw out the image of himself splattering into the ground as a messy landing out of his mind. Up ahead, he saw a wonderful distraction for the day. Normally, he'd have gone on home, and taken shelter, but something from the park up ahead seemed to be calling his name. The urge to go and sit on one of those public swings were both horrifying and attractive. Once he'd made his way into the park, the sticks on the ground crunching under his shoes, he stood next to a swing. There was another one next to it, and they both shook back and forth, as if two people were already in it and swinging, but could not be touched, seen, or heard. Memories of the past haunting the land, forlorningly. Sticking his hands in the pockets in his hoodie, Blau sat down, knowing that his purposely worn-looking jeans were getting dirty, and resisting the urge to get up. He pushed himself with his legs, and within minutes he was flying through the air. Not like he did in his Sprite form. He closed his eyes, the wind hitting his face was much more inviting than it was moments ago, when hed been walking through that alley. He flew on that swing for minutes, until he came to a stop. And he sat there for minutes before opening his eyes.
However, suddenly, his heart stopped. A figure was in the swing to his left, which he could see just barely out of the corner of his eye. Who could it have been? The hobo? A child? A psychopath whom had just escaped from the local asylum, and was now adding to his death-count. The sprite slowly turned his head to face the being.
