You put the URL of any pic in the email/url box in the cbox and it'll come up as an avatar.
The pictures automatically resize themselves so they fit
But there's a catch...
The URL/Email field has a limited amount of characters, and with my photobucket account, it can't even get past my username -_-
What I did, was upload my picture to:
tinypic.com
