It was heard, through the seven heavens and the portals of time. The Angels and archangels felt the call, the pull to look up and listen. All brought together, for something had to be done. The events in hell and on earth could not be ignored any longer. The voice, had no name, and while humans would call it god, or numerous other names, the Angels and celestial beings simply called it the creator.
Take strength, my children, take speed, my creations, for time is upon us, time is near. We are to be tried, and tested, but Chaos will sleep once more. Though slumber, for he, will not come easily, and a choice must be made. To bring back the star of the morning, the light of the day. Find your brother, far from heaven he has fallen, cast light upon chaos, and he shall slumber.

Adina heard the call. Unexpected such songs and warnings at a time when most seemed calmed by the heavenly songs that exalted the birth of hope for many humans. Then again, it was a time when loneliness bared harshly upon the human heart. Those who felt there was no one for them, no place for them to look to, or friend to hold.
Their creator spoke of a fallen, caressing the heart and concern of Adina. Hir brother, a fallen one. There were so many. So many that felt the draw to give up the light and be among the mortals, or even further into the bowels of darkness. The warning lay a riddle, that lured Adina to the heavens. Hir azure eyes seeking answers, that were hidden. As soft wings drifted back and forth behind hir, Adina hoped that a light would show hir the way that hir abilities could best be used. Shi was but a throne, a hand to be used.

Cassiel remained on earth for a moment or so longer before he shot into the heavens. Again what many would see is another shooting star though none would really think anything of it. Waltzing through heavens gate he could not or did not return to his ‘home’ he did not hide his angelic weapon, nor the mixture of blood and dirt that laced the ax of the Halberd. Cassiel had just faced Satan and sent him back into hell or so he thought. He was pretty sure that Satan had returned to Shoftiel but he couldn’t the call to heaven was great.
Behind Adina he entered. Six wings rustled against the air. His long locks fell around him messily from the fight. His clothing while once clean was now dirty and torn with the battle between the nether god and the angelic one. So obvious was the fight. He could not just stand by and while he knew it was not entirely according to plan he was the one that had banished Satan to rest the first time was easier the first time they had Lucifer. The second time they had Uriel. Now… they didn’t have either of them.
Lucifer was the one within reach. And so Cassiel would wait for others so arrive. Would other Fallen join in this fight?

Xandrael heard it, the compelling voice that cannot be ignored. It felt it, an electrifying warmth that touched every part of its vessel. It saw it, shafts and waves of light and energy dancing before its eyes.
And it answered. Wings unfurling, arms reaching into sky, the angel soared towards Heaven, casting off the temporary body that had been granted it on Earth.
The Gates were neither a welcome or unwelcome sight, merely an indication that it had arrived. Passing through them, it felt a shiver.
Xandrael saw that there were others, who had arrived before him, already gathered. But when it moved closer, it was a bit surprised to see Cassiel in such a state. It frowned slightly with deep concern, for the blood and dirt that clung to the Angel of Peace was a bit disturbing. Cassiel had come from a true struggle.
It had been battling Satan, the Chaos...and it had been a battle in every sense of the word. Even with the halberd on its side, Satan was the most formidable of all enemies. Xandrael had watched many battles, but this had been the one it wanted to join the most. But Xandrael was not the fighter that Cassiel was. It could do battle in defense, but it purpose had always been to Watch. And it had never minded until it saw the how strongly Satan resisted Cassiel. It rose up from its Watching reverie suddenly, looking at the angel.
The war had truly begun then. Satan had not only risen a hand against a warrior of heaven, but had imprisoned a Judge.
So it was meant that Chaos had to be bound into slumber, like the times before. But it would be different this time, Xandrael knew.
Would the balance be served this time, by mere slumber? Or would it require a kind of waking dreaming?
And what role the Angel of Reflection play? What would its eyes see to change the tide?

Lien felt the call like a hollow vibration that echoed through every bone in this borrowed human guise. The angel had been watching the men dressed in red suits and ringing bells, collecting money for their cause. But that would have to wait, there was no refusing a call from heaven.
Looking up, Lien saw what appeared to be a shooting star streak across the sky. Lien knew it for what it was, another angel making it's way to heaven to heed the call of the creator.
It cast off it's temporary body, stretching It's six wings for a moment, admiring the way the sun played along their length, before lifting from the ground and soaring towards home.
Calm overwhelmed the angel as it crossed over the threshold of the gate, landing gracefully a few steps later. A calm that was shattered the instant Lien lay eyes on Cassiel. The call had said they would be tried and tested, was this what the creator had been referring to? There were few things that could have made the angel of peace look so ragged and tired.
Lien folded It's wings and took a spot standing next to the angel of reflection, Xandrael. It waited for Cassiel to speak since it was obvious that the angel had been doing something far from peaceful, that seemed like to best place to start this gathering.
Bring back the star of the morning, that had been what the creator had said. The question remained if Lucifer would return, even to return the god of chaos to his slumber.

Blue toned hues settled on Xandreal as he entered and then the Archangel that entered after him. Bowing his head to both in greeting along with the others that settled here and there. He closed his eyes as he set the Halberd to stand on it’s own. The blood of the god showing against it’s silver and gold hue. “My Winged Brethren Satan has claimed war against us and heaven. He will stop at nothing. I have stood and fought against him twice I have watched those under me fall to his will. He is not kind many loose their wings when facing him. Shoftiel has returned from the human prison that held her but left her weakened. Satan chose to make an example of the Judge. She is not here and she doesn’t have the strength to return to heaven.”
Opening his palms to face up he then sighed soundly. “My family we find ourselves faced with a new war, this time he is not wanting just the earthen realm but he has said to me about claiming heaven as well. Even now he has set in motion the many arts to cause the mortals to fall far from the one’s graces. He must slumber again.”
Another angel spoke up. “Uriel has fallen into the realm of hell. Are we to rescue him?”
“I have been into hell and the rescue of Uriel is not something that I see as being possible. He was taken into the ninth Level of hell. That is Satan’s personal realm in hell. There is only one person that has seen all nine levels and returned to the earthen realm though his mind is not quite intact. He is known as the realm walker. He will be found when he wants to be.” Returning to as addressing all the others he shook his head before his hands made fast work of removing the locks from before his shoulders.
“Lucifer, when he fell under Michael and Gabriel’s hands he lost his sword the weapon is the Morning Star, and he the only that can wield it and the light needed to Banish Satan into his ninth Level. Wither we request his assistance or he requests ours it matters not. It will come to that and there is no way around it.” There was a pause in his words and a snarl.
“Neither he nor Uriel passed on their gift into a lower ranked angel before their leaving heaven. As angels we have to seek out the sword. You will know it by the aura around it that only you can see though your angel eyes. The aura would be weak as it has not been held by Lucifer. But there is a catch... only Lucifer can sense where his sword is he will not be able to see the aura unless his grace is returned. Which is something else we need to find.” His eyes then opened as his head was lifted and set on the others. “Any more questions before I continue?”

Shi felt the powers of the other angels, as they headed the call. Turning to find hir place among the Thrones, Adina waited to find out the roll they would take in what seemed yet another coming war. Hir eyes fell upon Cassiel, his glory intense and yet covered in trappings of a great battle. Bright blue eyes danced upon several other angels, before looking up to the golden glory that beamed it's light over them. Adina's role was usually so simple, rarely was shi called for such battles that dealt with such calls for war. Shi had been an one on one angel, dealing with mortals. But, now?
The Throne became surprised, as Cassiel spoke of seeking Lucifer's help against Satan. Shi had never heard of an angel being returned their grace. And yet, they would need to find it to find the sword. Shi remained silent, when asked if there were questions. Shi had none, only knew to do as Adina was told. There were places on the earth shi knew well, and Adina would cover them all to seek out the grace of Lucifer.

Satan had declared war, had attacked the angel of peace and the judge? That meant many things, none of them good. The fighting would start in ernest then. People of all races would get hurt, be led astray, die. Some of those standing here may loose their wings, it was a possibility, they all knew that. But that was what it was to be an angel, to risk virtue and immortality for the greater good. To resist temptation to help others find the strength to do the same.
Lien nodded at Cassiel’s words. Satan must sleep again but the angel knew it would be more difficult than Cassiel’s words made it sound. The god of chaos was not likely to, as the saying went, go down without a fight. Another nod at the mention of Uriel’s rescue being impossible, so they weren’t to bring all their fallen bretheren back into the light, just Lucifer. The mention of the one called the realm walker was something Lien hadn’t expected, the angel had never heard of the being. Would he aid in their cause? Or having seen the realms of hell, take a neutral stance? Would he show up at all? It was impossible to make a guess one way or another.
“Are we to beg him to return then?” Lien’s voice made it clear that angel didn’t find the idea of begging the prince of the fallen appealing. If that was what was necessary to protect the human realms, Lien would beg but It didn’t have to like it. “Lucifer is not likely to return without having his fun with the fact that we need him.” The angel stated, noting Cassiel’s snarl. It seemed Lien wasn’t the only one to find the idea repulsive.
“And how are we to return Lucifer to grace, Cassiel? I don’t enjoy being difficult or the rain on the proverbial parade but it’s not likely to be easy. He betrayed us, everyone here knows that as well as their own name. Is it even likely that he will want to return?” There were so many things that could go wrong with this plan, but it was the only option and when dealing with the god of chaos, it was no surprise that their only hope was nothing short of a long shot.

About just after the angels spoke, Michael came from the earth through the gates towards the gathering of people. He heard the call, and it was time to get ready. He is in a dark gray breastplate, gold rims on the collar and a gold belt with red jewels at the helm of it, with a skirt and laced sandals. In a shealth on the left side of him with the red cloak behind him tucked in between the white enourmous wings, is his gray and gold sword. He walked to the left side and then stopped. "What is new here? Can someone tell me what is going on, so I may throw in some input?" He looked around for Gabriel since how can you have a meeting without the second Head Archangel? "And where is Gabriel has he arrived yet?"

Xandrael heard it all with attentive ears. Cassiel's words were troubling, more than troubling. It seems they would need to specialize in doing the impossible if any hope was to be had in ending this war. The list of objectives was getting longer...
The angel's eyes closed for a moment, as it reflected. As the voices rose around it, voicing questions as well as opinions, it opened its eyes slowly and asked its own question, breaking a momentary pause in the conversation.
"What of Lucas?"
Its eyes stared at an empty point in space, but its words were by no means aimless or empty.
